My 1st Year at Dental Concepts! - Donna Vayle
Donna has been with the practice for a year now, but seems like she was here since a long time.
She has just blended with Dental Concepts very well and is now our Treatment Coordinator, having her own "office" in the chalet behind the practice in the garden!
Donna talks about her journey at Dental Concepts...
"I have just celebrated my 1st year anniversary at Dental Concepts, and what a great year it has been!
When I started last September, I was returning to work after having my second daughter. I remember being very sleep deprived that first month!
It was a complete change for me as I had been at my previous practice for 14 years!
However I grew up in St Mary Bourne and attended Testbourne School in Whitchurch so I knew a few familiar faces!, I've also known Manish and Shilpa a long time so I settled in quickly, everybody was very friendly and supportive but it was strange being the 'newbie'!
This year I have started a new role within the company as a Treatment co-ordinator ,which I love as it allows me to use my organisational skills and I get to know our patients better, I have also enrolled on an impression taking course.
I love being a mummy, however also being able to work and continuing to learn new skills is important to me.
I remember when I has just started at Dental Concepts, I had to call a patient into the surgery, I recognised their surname and we realised that we had been to primary school together!
I love being able to work at such a family orientated practice and in such a beautiful area too.
I am look forward to my future at Dental Concepts."
